I couldn't get all the photos for the countries which took part in Earth Hour'09, but yea, here are some snapshots to show you, how people from other countries are doing it...

Well, Malaysia did their part in swtching off the lights during Earth Hour 2009, including the Walk of Hope at Cap square, KL. Actually, I try to get some pics during Earth Hour in Penang and Las Vegas (due to the beautiful lights all around the city, wanted to see how it looks like when switch off the lights), but couldn't get one.
Earth Hour in Penang not so successful, not a failure as well. At least my house and a few houses nearby switched off the lights; my friend which is working at Island Plaza told me that Chief Minister YB Lim Guan Eng and others were celebrating Earth Hour at Island Plaza and switched off lights as well, many people were there to countdown and put on candles; another friend which went out for dinner at a restaurant near Gurney told me that, the restaurant not only switched off lights, they even switched off the electricity! What a joke, but yea, saving energy at the same time. LOL!
But still, some people think that this is stupid and wouldn't want to follow. Please, think of the world that we are living in, can't you all feel the heat everyday is getting hotter and hotter? the weather keeps on changing as well, help to save the world wey!
We are the young generation, if we are not doing it to help slow down climate change, who else? So, keep it up people, try not to switch on the air-cond if the weather is not hot, switch off lights at night, and do switch off computer too when you are not using it.
