Hit and Run Incident..

An accident had occured on 20/7/08 morning 2am.. What happened is the person who hit and run didn't stop at all at the scene to help the teenager after hitting his motorcycle down caused the rider not sent to the hospital and healed in time and died at 7am in the morning.. The 19 years old teenager who studied in MBS before he dies left his house around 8pm to enjoy himself with his friends at Bon Odori the day before.. After that, around 11pm when his mom's called, he says that he's going to watch movie with his friends and will be home late at night.. who knows, unwanted thing happened..
The victim's parents believed that their son is being hit by a local made car but this is just their conjecture.. The Police will help to investigate in this case and they hope that eyewitnesses and also others who are at the scene could help and solve this problem so that the irresponsible hit and run's driver will be caught in a min time..
